Return & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return my items?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ellceestudio.com. You will be contacted by our support team within 2 days after receiving your return mail. After accepted return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges are free. Returns will cost 6,50€. We will deduct the return amount of 6,50 from your already paid amount.

 Step by Step guide:

1. Send an Email to: support@ellceestudio.com with your return request. 

2. Fill out this form (send this in your email): cancellation form DOWNLOAD HERE 

3. Our support team will handle your return & notify you about your return label. 

4. Put a return label on your package

5. Drop off your package by one of our distribution partners

6. And you are done! Your money will be send back to the original payment method.

Where do I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The duration of the refund depends on the payment method, but will be processed within 14 days after our logistics provider receives your return.

 

  • Pre-payment: 
    • You will be credited to the bank account from which you made the payment.
  • Direct debit (SEPA Lastschrift): 
    • You will be credited to the bank account from which you made the payment.
  • Credit card: 
    • A credit note will be applied to the credit card account charged by us. Your refund will appear in your next credit card statement. The refund could appear on your account around the time of purchase or the time of refund.
  • PayPal: 
    • The refund amount will be credited to the PayPal account used by you. You can yourself decide on PayPal whether the amount remains in your PayPal account or is credited back to your bank account.

 

What happens if I get a damaged package?

We are sorry. Please file a complaint by sending us an email: support@ellceestudio.com. Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can quickly check your complaint.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, by following the steps by: How do I return my items? Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the brand new item on our site.
